American Rare Earths Limited, Australia (ASX: ARR; OTCQB:ARRNF) (parent)

American Rare Earths Limited (ARR) is an Australian exploration company focused on cementing itself as a key player in the development of critical high value scandium and rare earths in the US. The company made its mark as the only ASX-listed company with exposure to the US rare earths market following its acquisition of the La Paz REE + Scandium project in 2019. ARR is also focused on building scale to meet critical US demand, and in August 2020 expanded its portfolio to include Project Halleck Creek in Wyoming.

 

Western Rare Earths, USA

Western Rare Earths (WRE), the wholly-owned subsidiary of American Rare Earths Limited (ASX:ARR), is an exploration company established to acquire and develop the advanced La Paz Rare Earths Project in Arizona and Halleck Creek Rare Earth Project in Wyoming. Additional Critical Minerals opportunities may be added to the platform.

 

La Paz Rare Earths LLC, USA

The La Paz REE + Scandium Project was acquired in 2019 to explore potentially one of the biggest deposits of rare earths and scandium in North America. The team is currently developing scoping and economic studies for IRR and NPV estimates due in 2022.

 

Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc

Project Halleck Creek in Wyoming was added to the platform in late 2020. ARR has claims and leases totaling 1,257h at Halleck Creek in close proximity to infrastructure. The team is currently preparing exploration permitting documents for an initial exploration drilling program.
